The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in the UAE insurance market to join a fast-growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share and client portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and business partners.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decision-making.Implement sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and performance.Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and new initiatives.Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of total experience, including proven success in insurance sales within the UAE.Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and sales processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement growth plans.Results-driven with a passion for achieving measurable outcomes.Professional certifications in Sales or Insurance (e.g., CII) are a plus.
