We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations for a prestigious luxury Retail brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Luxury Retail for Lifestyle category ( non fashion apparel)Employment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve sales targets and maximize store profitability across assigned locations.Develop and implement localized retail strategies to increase productivity, average transaction value (ATV), and conversion rates.Drive sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and in-store events to enhance business growth.Operational ExcellenceEnsure compliance with store operating standards and customer service protocols.Maintain superior retail hygiene, visual merchandising, and store ambience.Monitor store upkeep and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage and motivate retail staff to deliver top performance and uphold brand values.Prepare and validate monthly rosters and annual leave schedules.Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and coordinate staff development initiatives.Oversee incentive and overtime calculations in coordination with Finance.Inventory & MerchandisingMonitor stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and ensure timely replenishment.Maintain in-depth understanding of merchandising concepts and visual displays.Reporting & CoordinationProvide regular reports, analysis, and feedback to management.Track mall and competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends.Liaise with mall management and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.Experience: 6–8 years of proven success in managing retail sales operations, preferably in luxury retail.Skills & Attributes:Strong business and commercial acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional leadership and organizational abilitiesKeen attention to detail and operational precisionWell-presented with an immaculate, professional appearanceComprehensive understanding of luxury retail and competitor landscape
