Job DescriptionShopee’s Corporate Communications team is in charge of protecting the company’s brand reputation by developing and executing stakeholder communication strategies. This role aims to develop and oversee the proper rollout of Shopee and SPX communication strategies and key messages across all stakeholders:Users (via CS or Marketing)SellersEmployeesSPXWork with Corporate Communications Lead in developing overall communication strategy and localized key messages for Shopee and SPXCopy edit, proofread, and revise high-risk communications developed by the communications PICs of each vertical (internal and external communications)Identify, develop, and execute communications strategy for key media contactsCreate and deliver press releases, thought leadership pieces, and media response statements to issuesDay-to-Day ExpectationsWork with Corporate Communications Lead in developing overall communication strategy and localized key messages for Shopee and SPXCopy edit, proofread, and revise high-risk communications developed by the communications PICs of each vertical (internal and external communications)Identify, develop, and execute communications strategy for key media contactsCreate and deliver press releases, thought leadership pieces, and media response statements to issues.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate CommunicationsExperience with media relations is preferredStrong writing and editing skills are a mustExcellent oral and written presentation skills
