This is a full-time in-office position with no remote work opportunities. Ideal candidates will bring extensive accounting and financial management experience, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.Salary Range:$95,000 – $120,000+ annually(Commensurate with experience)All Serious candidates will have to go through a mandatory background check & possible drug testing prior to a job offerRequirements:Minimum 10 years of corporate accounting experience (inventory-based preferred)5–10 years of experience in a senior-level accounting or controller roleStrong experience with payroll processing for 40+ employees (including 401(k), garnishments, and commissions)Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft OfficeAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience with Acctivate Inventory & Distribution Management Software is a strong plusStrong problem-solving, analytical, and research skillsHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior leadershipExperience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable teamsMust be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independentlyBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting requiredResponsibilities:Work closely with the CFO to establish and maintain financial benchmarksLead and support the accounting team to promote productivity and accountabilityPrepare and analyze financial reports for senior managementReconcile financial discrepancies and perform adjusting journal entriesVerify vendor pricing and perform multi-level reconciliations between inventory and accounting systemsPrepare documentation for audits including 401(k), workers' compensation, and AR insuranceConduct annual audits with major vendorsMaintain internal accounting controls and recommend improvementsHandle insurance renewals (Medical, Workers’ Comp, Cargo, AR, etc.)Process reseller refund requestsPerform bank reconciliationsPrepare and file quarterly business and sales tax returns (for multiple states)Assist CPA with corporate tax filings and quarterly estimatesSupport across the department as needed (A/R, A/P, RMA credits, banking)Maintain employee paperwork and coordinate with HRManage insurance claims as neededBenefits:Full employer-paid medical insurance401(k) with matching10 days of accrued PTO annuallyProfit-sharing programEducation and Experience:Accounting Degree - Bachelor's or higherProven Knowledge of customer service principles and practices & sales proceduresSimilar or Equal product knowledge in the Technology SectorNote: All serious candidates must complete a mandatory background check and may be required to undergo drug testing prior to receiving an offer of employment.Work Location:On-site (No remote work available)Company DescriptionAt 1SourceVideo.com, LLC, we mastered the art of bringing products to market and chose to partner with the leaders of the creative revolution.
