Vantage’s business is growing exponentially through a combination of greenfield market expansion and acquisitions across North America and Europe.Corporate Development DepartmentVantage’s Corporate Development team is responsible for the company’s value creation strategy through initiatives including sourcing and executing acquisitions to help rapidly scale our reach and capabilities, raising new equity capital, and leading organic investments in new markets and regions including via joint venture or partnerships. The Corporate Development team collaborates with APAC leadership and operating teams to drive the evaluation and execution of M&A, capital raising and other strategic investment initiatives.Position DescriptionVantage is seeking a detail-oriented, initiative-driven, quick-learning Corporate Development Manager to own responsibilities across critical functions relating to Vantage’s inorganic and organic growth strategies.You will support broad company initiatives and interact with key internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the corporate development team members both in APAC and across the globe. You will have high visibility with members of our Executive Teams in North America and APAC, as well as our investors. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of driving results without constant direction. You should have a professional-growth mindset and be willing to bring forth innovative ideas and methods that can benefit Vantage.This role will be based in Singapore, in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 Days on-site required, 2 flexible).Essential Job FunctionsBuild comprehensive financial models, perform robust financial analysis and support investment processes related to potential acquisitions, greenfield developments, and other strategic investment initiativesWork closely with APAC Corporate Development team (Senior Director and Senior Manager) to drive and execute critical corporate decisions, particularly related to returns, capital allocation, and investment strategyDrive preparation of presentations for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholdersDutiesFull ownership of financial models for potential M&A opportunities, strategic initiatives, and data center real estate acquisitionsSupport and eventually drive due diligence processes by coordinating interdepartmental tasks and engaging with external advisorsSupport deal process from target identification and evaluation through closingPrepare materials for internal review and regular updates with the Board of DirectorsMake recommendations to the Executive Team regarding the company’s strategic purpose based on data, including capital allocation outcomes and strategic planningAdditional duties as assigned from time to time by ManagementJob RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent– required6-8 years of relevant experience in related Corporate Finance / Private Equity / Valuations areasStrong modelling skills is a must Prior data center/digital infrastructure/commercial real estate investment experience is preferred but not requiredStrong analytical mind and quantitative skillset Highly proficient with MS Office Tools, especially ExcelExecutive presence and effective communication skillsStrong attention to detail and execution of instructions “hands on” attitude, entrepreneurial mind, team spiritAbility to work independently, particularly when working remotelyCurious problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility & accountabilityExcellent written/verbal communication & influencing skillsOther Information77 Robinson Road, #34-01, Singapore (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar/ Shenton)Permanent position, hybrid working arrangement model.Direct visibility with senior leadership, exposure that accelerates career growth.Hypergrowth environment with immediate deal exposure.If this sounds like an interesting opportunity, hit "Easy Apply" to submit your application.All shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
