Our client is an established corporate finance advisory firm headquartered in Botswana with an international footprint and operations expanding into global markets. With nearly a decade of operational history, the firm specializes in corporate finance consulting and capital raising for businesses worldwide, supporting companies seeking significant investment funding.Due to growth and increasing deal flow, our client is seeking experienced Corporate Finance Advisors to join their Botswana office. This role focuses on business-to-business advisory and capital raising solutions, engaging directly with senior decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, and founders.The firm provides advisors with professional infrastructure, training, and operational support while allowing them to develop and manage high-value corporate relationships. The RoleCorporate Finance Advisors will focus on identifying companies seeking investment capital and introducing them to the firm’s capital raising solutions.Advisors work directly with senior business leaders to assess funding requirements and introduce tailored corporate financing strategies.Typical mandates involve capital raises of up to USD $30 million or more across a variety of sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research companies seeking growth capital or strategic investment.Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including CEOs, founders, and directors.Promote corporate financing solutions to potential clients.Generate and qualify leads through professional networking, outreach, and market research.Arrange and attend discovery meetings with prospective corporate clients.Conduct preliminary client assessments and coordinate onboarding documentation (including KYC where required).Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.Work closely with internal teams to progress funding mandates.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and experience dealing with senior corporate stakeholders.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ professional experienceStrong B2B sales or relationship management backgroundAbility to engage with C-suite executives and business ownersPreferred BackgroundExperience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:Corporate financeInvestment bankingCommercial bankingMergers & acquisitionsDebt advisoryCapital marketsPrivate equity or investment advisoryKey Performance IndicatorsEngage with 100+ corporate prospects daily through outreach and networkingSchedule at least 10 qualified meetings per weekEnsure 100% NDA compliance for scheduled meetingsConduct preliminary KYC assessments for qualified prospectsMaintain accurate pipeline and reporting recordsCompensation15% commission on successful projectsTypical project retainer fees start from USD $50,000Significant earning potential based on deal origination and conversionThis Is Currently a Commission-only Position, HoweverTop performers may be offered permanent roles and leadership opportunitiesCareer progression available following successful probation and performance reviewSupport ProvidedAdvisors Will ReceiveOffice infrastructure in BotswanaLaptop and phoneOngoing training and professional developmentAdministrative and operational supportWho This Role SuitsThis opportunity is ideal for:Experienced corporate sales professionalsIndividuals with backgrounds in banking or financeProfessionals with strong C-level networksSelf-driven advisors comfortable working in performance-based environmentsPlease note: Applicants should have at least 5 years minimum experience dealing with decision makers only, CEOs, MDs etc. Sales experience, banking, finance, M&As and Debt Advisory would be a benefit.This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.All IFA job news at www.prestigeifajobs.comJoin our IFA and BDM Jobs NewsletterSubscribe to get our latest content by email.We respect your privacy.
