Corporate Finance / Corporate Development Associate | SydneyDigital Media - Global Investment PlatformGrowing media businessSydneyWe’re partnering with the Australian arm of a high-growth global aggregator, backed by an international private equity fund with offices across Paris, Spain, and Germany, to appoint a Corporate Finance professional to their growing Sydney team.The business operates at the intersection of real assets and digital media, with a focus on owning, upgrading, and digitising out-of-home media across Australia. The company has already established a significant national footprint through strategic acquisitions, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and digital transformation initiatives, positioning itself as a market leader in this evolving sector.In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and an entrepreneurial leadership team comprising proven operators and founders who have successfully built and exited businesses in this space. You’ll play a key role in supporting the next phase of growth and consolidation, combining financial and commercial analysis to drive decision-making across investments, capital deployment, pricing, and business planning, while collaborating with a best-in-class corporate finance team based in London.
