As Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of our organisation, delivering top-notch admin support, ensuring services flow smoothly, and leaving a lasting impression on clients and stakeholders.If you're organised, people-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoDeliver high-quality administrative support - manage correspondence, records, data entry, reports, mail, invoices, bookings, and supplies, while assisting with projects and maintaining tidy, well-organised workspaces.Support meetings and events - handle room bookings, setup and pack-down, guest refreshments, tech support, catering, and distribution of materials to ensure smooth and professional experiences.Champion collaboration, confidentiality, and inclusion - assist colleagues during busy periods, maintain accurate logs and internal resources, escalate concerns appropriately, and uphold values of diversity, human rights, and cultural respect.What We Can OfferWe support people to live their best life. This means you’ll have experience in a busy office environment as an Administrator or Coordinator, and:Relevant qualification in business services or equivalent hands-on experience in administration.Proven customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach in client-facing roles.Proficient in Microsoft office applications, and video conferencing technologiesStrong understanding of confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.Excellent multitasking, communication, and prioritisation skills—able to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.Current driver's license is essential!If you identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, then we want to hear from you.
