CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR TO APPLYCalida is a boutique, commercial construction company specialising in high-end retail & hospitality fitouts and refurbishments.With a strong pipeline for 2025/26, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Contracts Administrator to the team. Our project values generally vary between $3m - $15m. Ideally working on projects larger than $3m. Highly organised & attention to detailSolution focused, with the ability to professionally manage issues as they arise in a fast paced environment.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Project ApplicationsPreferred experience in Cubit, Vista & ProcoreJob DescriptionManage the procurement and administration of project works including subcontractor packages.Ownership of the client's day to day commercial & contractual needs.Monitoring all suppliers & subcontractor invoices & progress claims. Assist your Project Manager in co-ordinating & oversee client and stakeholder meetings.Develop a strong understanding of each project. Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and complies with company policies and procedures.Builds professional business relationships internally and externally.Assist your Project Manager in mentoring & training junior staff members.
