We do this by investing heavily in training and development programs, providing ample opportunities for growth, and focusing on fostering a culture of collaboration and community.The Corporate Finance Director will serve as a key member of the finance leadership team, partnering closely with the CFO and functional leaders to drive financial insight, planning discipline, and operational excellence. This role leads the company’s budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting processes and will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, AI and offshoring investments, M&A integration, and board reporting. This is a high-visibility position ideal for an analytical and strategic finance professional who enjoys blending detailed modeling with big-picture business thinking in a fast-growing, PE-backed services company.Here Is The Type Of Work You Will DoFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead company-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Own the long-range financial model, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing across key business drivers (revenue growth, margins, headcount, and productivity).Oversee monthly variance analysis and partner with department heads to interpret results and course-correct as needed.Deliver insightful, narrative-driven financial packages for the Board of Directors and executive team.Strategic Finance & Business PartnershipSupport strategic initiatives including pricing strategy, cost optimization, and new product commercialization.Partner cross-functionally with Client Service, Product, Sales & Business Development and Operations to evaluate ROI on investments, resource allocation, and capacity planning.Drive modeling and analysis to support potential M&A diligence and post-close integration.Reporting & InsightsDevelop executive summary write-ups highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.Create dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor financial and operational performance.Work with accounting to ensure accurate monthly close and consistent management vs GAAP reporting.Process Improvement & SystemsEvaluate and implement an FP&A tool and lead continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data accuracy.Develop ERP, CRM and data integration for streamlined financial reporting.Build scalable processes to support Aduro’s next phase of growth and complexity.Leadership & MentorshipPartner closely with the CFO and Assistant Corporate Controller to bridge FP&A and Controllership functions.Mentor finance team members in analytical rigor, modeling, and business storytelling.Foster collaboration and alignment between finance, operations, and client service teams.The salary range for the Corporate Finance Director position is $160,000 - $180,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.
