Make It Matter.Toblerone is an iconic global brand in our Mondelez portfolio, both in markets worldwide and in travel retail.As a key partner for the Toblerone & World Travel Retail Business Unit, the Corporate & Government Affairs Manager is responsible for external and internal communications as well as the government affairs agenda.Based in Switzerland, the home and heart of Toblerone, this position is crucial for protecting and promoting the Swiss brand equity and value. This requires a solid working-level network in Switzerland with daily dialogue with the media, politicians, and stakeholders.How You Will ContributeIn this role you will be part of the Toblerone & World Travel Retail (TWTR) Business Unit leadership team, contributing the perspective and expertise of Corporate Affairs to global TWTR initiatives. You will drive and lead the internal communication agenda for the business unit, support external brand communication initiatives and, in particular lead and implement the government affairs agenda in Switzerland. You will act as a strategic advisor and liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry associations to strengthen the company's reputation and support its business objectives. Global responsibilities include:Co-lead global Brand Communications and PR with Marketing Work with CGA teams in markets to coordinate Toblerone global PR activities Advise and support global social media channels of Toblerone, ensuring governance, crisis management and content approval process Support World Travel Retail team on communications, PR and social media initiatives Collaborate with BU president/ leadership team with internal communications and team engagement Key responsibilities in Switzerland include:Lead and manage the strategic Public Affairs agenda in Switzerland, including oversight of local agency activities and monitoring the media governmental landscape Represent Mondelez International at key industry bodies, to advance company interests and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships Lead and execute external communications with Swiss Media in collaboration with the local Marketing team Support Plant Bern in all communications and Public Affairs matters  What You Will Bring+7 years’ experience, preferably in the FMCG/food & beverages’ area Proven experience in Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, or Communications within an international, fast-paced environment Strong understanding of the Swiss media and political landscape, with the ability to engage effectively with local stakeholders and industry associations Preferably with solid relationships with media and political stakeholders in Switzerland Demonstrated capability in leading strategic communications programs and managing external agencies Experience in global brand communication, social media management, and issues/crisis management Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and geographies Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and execution excellence Fluency in English and German Relocation Support Available?
