Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:Handle and provide solutions for various company legal cases, including litigation and court proceedings.Draft, review, and provide legal advice on agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.Support management and business units on corporate legal matters, including hospitality & F&B.Conduct legal analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.Represent the company in litigation, dispute resolution, and negotiations.Manage relationships with external parties (notary, regulators, legal consultants).Provide legal advice on franchise regulations (an advantage).Oversee company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with a valid Advocate License (registered with PERADI).Minimum 5 years of experience as a LawyerProven experience with litigation and court representation.Strong background in corporate law; experience in franchise-related legal matters is an advantage.Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
