Corporate Lawyer – Real Estate (Dubai, UAE)Full-Time | On-site | Real Estate DevelopmentOverview: A leading real estate development company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to support its growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate law, real estate transactions, compliance, and contract management within the UAE landscape.Key Responsibilities:Corporate & Commercial AdvisoryDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, MOUs, and corporate documents.Advise senior management on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.Manage entity formation, restructuring, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions.Real Estate & DevelopmentPrepare and vet SPA, development agreements, land purchase agreements, brokerage agreements, and contractor/supplier contracts.Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, escrow regulations, and UAE real estate laws.Oversee legal aspects of project launches, registrations, and regulatory filings.Contracts & ComplianceCreate and maintain contract templates, policies, and legal frameworks for the business.Ensure all transactions and operations comply with UAE laws and industry standards.Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and JV structures.Dispute ManagementCoordinate with external legal firms on litigation and arbitration matters.Manage pre-litigation issues, settlement negotiations, and internal investigations.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate and real estate law (UAE experience preferred).Strong understanding of RERA, DLD, corporate laws, and construction-related regulations.Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environmen
