Contract: Full-time, PermanentWork-mode: On-siteLocation: Nicosia, CyprusSalary: Up to €40,000 gross per annum (negotiable - depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm with a 2-hour break (the break duration can be negotiated)Our client is a reputable and well-established law firm based in Nicosia, providing high-quality legal services across corporate, commercial, litigation, and advisory matters. With a strong focus on excellence and continuous development, the firm offers a supportive and structured environment for legal professionals to grow their careers.We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. The successful candidate will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting legal research, and advising clients on a broad range of corporate and compliance matters. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and prepare corporate agreements, legal opinions, and other documentsProvide legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance-related mattersConduct legal research using tools such as CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other resourcesLiaise with clients, professional advisers, public bodies, and regulatory authoritiesSupport corporate administration tasks, filings, and company law proceduresMaintain accurate internal records and ensure timely handling of legal mattersUphold high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethicsRequirementsLLB (Hons) from a recognised universityMember of the Cyprus Bar AssociationLPC or BPTC will be considered an advantageStrong command of Greek and English, written and verbalExcellent analytical ability and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyHigh computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeProfessional, reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information appropriatelyPrevious experience dealing with international or institutional clients will be considered an advantage
