Junior Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing support in various litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of law and work closely with senior lawyers on complex cases.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients before District and Supreme Courts in civil and criminal casesDraft pleadings, applications, opinions, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and assist in case strategy developmentReview and negotiate contracts and legal agreementsSupport senior lawyers in corporate, property, and family law mattersAssist with immigration, regulatory, and compliance proceduresQualifications & Experience Required:Admission to the Cyprus Bar AssociationNewly qualified lawyers or those with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation are encouraged to applySolid understanding of litigation procedures and court rulesExperience in court appearances and client representation before various courtsProficiency in drafting pleadings, legal documents, and court submissionsStrong legal research and analytical skillsFamiliarity with the Cyprus i-Justice system and electronic court filing processesExcellent command of Greek and English, both written and spokeAdditional Qualifications (Considered an Advantage):LLM, Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC), or Legal Practice Course (LPC)Why Join Us?At Evagoras Anastasiou Law Firm, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you will gain hands-on experience in litigation and other areas of law.
