Corporate Officer – Investment Structures (Luxembourg)About the Opportunity We’re hiring for a well established service provider in Luxembourg that works with international clients across private equity, credit, and real estate sectors. This role offers autonomy, client interaction, and exposure to complex cross-border transactions in a collaborative environment.Your ResponsibilitiesManage your own portfolio of Luxembourg investment entities in private equity, credit, and real estatePrepare and organize board and shareholder meetingsDraft meeting minutes and other corporate documentationHandle client requests and participate in client meetingsProvide ongoing legal and corporate services to your portfolioLiaise with notaries and international law firmsContribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., transfer pricing, DAC6 compliance)What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or similar role in LuxembourgStrong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate lawHighly organized, detail-oriented, and discreetAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyStrong analytical and communication skillsTeam player with the ability to build relationships at all levelsFluent in English; German is an advantageWhat’s on OfferModern office in Luxembourg’s financial districtFlexible working hours and excellent work-life balance30 days of annual leave plus meal vouchersPublic transport reimbursement and supplementary health insuranceParking options available nearbyOngoing training and career development support
