We help people live a better, healthier, and fitter lifestyle.We are searching a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Team immediately.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing advice on a broad range of legal matters to various departments in relation to the PM Group’s business, including commercial, corporate, labor law, competition law and regulatory mattersCollaborating with internal legal and compliance professionalsDraft, negotiate and review general terms of business, commercial agreements and other types of contractsDrafting of corporate policies (together with compliance)Monitoring of relevant case law and legal developmentsFollow-up and implementation of local legal requirementsCreation and maintenance of contract models (commercial contracts, NDAs, etc.)Training of employees on legal topicsUpkeeping of a contract management softwareLiaising with external law firms and consultantsUpholding strong corporate governance standards and supporting statutory corporate adjustmentsPromptly identifying and addressing legal risks and concernsSupporting in disputes and fostering effective collaboration with departmentsYOUR PROFILE:Holder of a Master’s degree in lawExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (any other language being an advantage)6+ years of experience as an inhouse legal counsel in a commercial environmentIntellectually curious and eager to learnStrong analytical capacityGood interpersonal skills, curious, proactive, positive and open-mindedHands-on mentality, versatile, teamwork-orientedSelf-starter, able to work without constant supervisionStrong knowledge of the Office suite and all digital toolsKnowledge of Luxembourg labor law and EU health law would be a real plus.WHAT DO WE OFFER:An international, young, and fun work environment in a dynamically growing companyGreat career pathChristmas Bonus + Summer Vacation BonusPrivate Pension InsuranceCompany performance bonusLunch vouchersFree parkingA generous voluntary social benefit program, including monthly free products and a special purchase discount on our productsFree use of the in-house gymHousing Allowance for employees living in LuxembourgAccess to Employee Trainings and Development ProgramsCompany outings, afterwork parties, Christmas partyAt PM-International, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, lead and truly make a difference.
