Who we areGraviton Research Capital is a privately funded quantitative trading firm striving for excellence in financial markets research. We trade across a multitude of asset classes and trading venues using a diverse range of concepts, from time series analysis and stochastic models to machine learning and statistical inference. We analyse terabytes of data to identify pricing anomalies and drive innovation in financial markets.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Singapore. This is a high impact, hybrid role that supports the firm’s contracting workflow and corporate secretarial obligations. You will act as a key coordinator for our corporate governance framework, liaising between senior leadership, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies while driving the high velocity execution of routine legal agreements and NDAs.Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesDraft, review, and negotiate Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and standard commercial contracts using established playbooks. Identify deviations from pre-approved drafting language and prepare fallback positions.Provide initial drafting and redlining of routine agreements and corporate documentation. Highlight material changes and manage version control.Prepare and maintain corporate documentation including statutory registers, minute books, and resolutions. Coordinate the fulfilment of statutory obligations under the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA (Annual Returns, share transfers, etc.).Preparing board and shareholders’ resolutions.Navigate the complexities of corporate reporting and act as the primary point of contact for KYC/AML requests from banks, prime brokers, and trading exchanges.Work closely with regulators, legal advisors, and internal teams across APAC, and other regions to ensure seamless inter entity relationships and global group structuring.Maintain a "digital first" approach to statutory records and legal templates, ensuring all corporate data and contracts are accurate, centralized, and audit-ready.QualificationsWe are looking for a resourceful self‑starter who can operate with limited legal oversight. Successful candidates will have:Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or Corporate Secretary, ideally within Financial Services, FinTech, or Private Equity.Strong hands-on experience in NDA negotiation and template based contracting; ability to identify non-standard terms independently.ACIS/CSIS (Chartered Secretary) qualification is highly preferred.Deep understanding of the Singapore Companies Act; familiarity with MAS regulated environments is a significant advantage.Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to translate complex legal or governance matters for senior stakeholders and global partners.A degree in law, business, or a related discipline.
