Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Corporate Relations & Marketing Communications Manager to enhance our corporate image, build strategic partnerships, and lead marketing communication initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing communication strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving brand awareness across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines expertise in corporate communications, marketing strategy, and stakeholder management to support business growth and strengthen the organization’s reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Relations:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners, stakeholders, and industry associations.Identify strategic partnership opportunities that align with business objectives and brand positioning.Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate communications and collaborations.Marketing Communications:Plan, develop, and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Oversee content creation, press releases, newsletters, social media campaigns, and corporate presentations.Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and campaigns.Public Relations & Reputation Management:Manage media relations and serve as a spokesperson when required.Monitor public perception and industry trends to proactively manage corporate reputation.Coordinate events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility initiatives to enhance brand image.Analytics & Reporting:Track and report the effectiveness of communication and marketing initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations for improving stakeholder engagement and brand impact.Monitor KPIs, media coverage, and public sentiment to inform strategic decisions.Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to align communications with business objectives.Lead and mentor a team of communications and marketing specialists.Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations, with proven experience in stakeholder management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience with media relations, digital marketing, and content strategy.Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems, etc.).Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and strong business acumen.Leadership and team management capabilities.Creative and results-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously.Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to lead corporate relations and strategic communications initiatives.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.
