Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Moderator, based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Moderator will be responsible for overseeing online discussions, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and fostering a welcoming and respectful environment. The role also involves monitoring user interactions, mediating disputes if they arise, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the user experience. The Moderator will also assist in implementing moderation strategies and maintaining records of incidents. Qualifications Strong communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skillsUnderstanding of community management, online platforms, and social engagement best practicesKnowledge of digital tools for monitoring, recording, and evaluating user interactionsAbility to work both collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity principlesProficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)Prior experience in moderation or community management is beneficialBachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field is a plus
