We’re building a platform that brings reliability, convenience, and quality to every service booking — and we’re now enhancing our sales team to support our next stage of growth.Role SummaryLead corporate sales for the Facility Management (FM) vertical — build a strong client and vendor network, close B2B deals, and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B client acquisition: prospect, pitch, and close FM contracts and annual service agreements.Manage a portfolio of corporate and high-value accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.Source, evaluate, and onboard new FM vendors; align SLAs, pricing, and compliance requirements.Negotiate commercials, terms, and MSAs with both clients and vendors.Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets of AED 200,000.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM; prepare weekly performance and forecast reports.Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on campaigns, proposals, and case studies.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management within Facility Management in the UAE (mandatory).Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Valid UAE driving license — mandatory.Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with field visits across Dubai.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Freelance/own visa is a plus, but not mandatory.Compensation & BenefitsAED 5,000–10,000 monthly (based on experience) + commission on achieved sales targets.Six-month probation period as per UAE Labour Law.Company-provided visa, medical insurance, and other UAE-standard benefits upon successful onboarding (candidates on freelance/own visa are also welcome to apply).Opportunity to grow within a high-velocity, product-led startup environment with strong career progression potential.LocationDubai, UAE (on-site/hybrid as required).ApplySend your CV to admin@callgenie.ae with the subject line:“Corporate Sales Manager – Facility Management.”
