The Experiential Account Manager manages multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication, clear direction, and high-quality delivery across all experiential activations and eventsKey ResponsibilitiesManage several projects at once, each at different stages (pitch, planning, production, execution).Act as the main contact for multiple clients, providing updates, guidance, and solutions.Coordinate with creative, technical, and production teams to keep all projects on track.Review creative and experiential work to ensure it meets HYBRID Xperience standards.Maintain timelines, budgets, documentation, and organised project files.Support onsite execution when required.Required SkillsAbility to handle many projects at the same time.Strong organisation and multitasking skills.Knows how to use ClickUpExcellent communication and client-service mindset.Experience in events, experiential activations, or creative production is a must
