We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.Responsibilities : Creating and implementing the CSR strategy, plan an annual calendar of employee volunteering activities and manage end to end execution of all CSR related activities of the organization.To identify, manage and track projects and to ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programs aligned with the strategy.To identify and coordinate with NGOs, institutions, etc. including due diligence and ability to implement CSR projects with desired outcomes.Building relationships with community partners and key external stakeholders – both internal and externalStreamline documentation process, handle project progress and evaluation reports, documentation of successes stories and impact assessment.To manage the CSR budget and ensure allocation, necessary documentation for payments, utilization and settlement of projects and regulatory reporting is done in a timely manner.The ideal candidate would have:8 to 10 years of experience with a related post graduate degree (preferred)Have experience in managing projects in an NGO or CSR teams in a corporateAbility to work closely with people at all levels, from senior corporate executives to governmentofficials to community leaders to consultants and agencies.Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing CSR and industry best practicesExcellent communication skills in English and preferably local languagesJefferies is an equal employment opportunity employer, and takes affirmative action to ensure that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, pregnancy, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, genetic information, reproductive health decisions, or any other factor protected by applicable law.
