Corporate & Tax Lawyer

We are expanding our Corporate & Tax Department and are seeking a highly motivated Corporate & Tax Lawyer with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (excluding legal traineeship). This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic, and client-focused law firm with a strong international practice. Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and reviewing corporate documentation (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, corporate resolutions, loan agreements, IP assignments, trust deeds, etc.)Advising international clients on corporate restructurings, cross-border transactions, and Cyprus company law matters.Handling tax residency, Non-Dom applications, and advising on Cyprus tax incentives.Providing guidance on international tax planning, including Double Tax Treaties, IP structures, NID, CFC rules, and cross-border distributions.Assisting in the establishment of Cyprus companies, trusts, and holding structures.Liaising with clients, regulators, auditors, accountants, and administrative service providers.Conducting legal research and preparing professional legal opinions and memos.RequirementsLaw degree from a recognised university.Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.2–3 years PQE in corporate, commercial or tax law (excluding the legal traineeship year).Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and excellent command of the English language.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.Knowledge of Cyprus tax law and international tax concepts will be considered a strong advantage.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package based on experience and performance.Exposure to high-level international clients and complex cross-border structures.Continuous training and professional development within a supportive team.Opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility within the Corporate & Tax Department.Modern, friendly and collaborative work environment.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to careers@philippoulaw.com, with the subject line: “Application – Corporate & Tax Lawyer”.
