Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Cost Accountant. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing cost reports and financial statements, managing journal entries, and supporting financial decision-making processes. The role also includes monitoring and controlling production costs to ensure alignment with company budgets and strategic goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Accounting and expertise in preparing Financial StatementsStrong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of Journal Entries and general accounting practicesSolid understanding of Finance and its application in cost control and budgetingBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAttention to detail, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentExperience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plusRelevant certifications such as CMA or CPA are an advantage
