We foster a collaborative culture that values innovation, cares about its people and respects the world around us.Position OverviewAs Customer Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process for the customers in your portfolio. You play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating demand with production and safeguarding inventory levels to meet customer needs.You work within the Customer Operations Team, consisting of 10 colleagues and act as the link between customers and internal departments such as Production, Warehouse and Logistics. Your focus is on operational excellence, proactive problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer service.You oversee the coordination of forecasts, production orders, and reporting, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. By analyzing customer demand and translating it into production requirements, you help guarantee timely and complete deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management:Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with customers in your portfolio.Acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.Order and Delivery Coordination:Guiding and monitoring the complete order-to-delivery process to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment.Translating customer demand into production orders and coordinating with Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.Regularly updating customers on the status of their orders and production schedules.Forecasting and Inventory Management:Preparing and sharing inventory and forecast reports with customers.Ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer requirements.Collaborating with the Production Planner to align demand forecasts with production capacity.Administration and Reporting:Managing accurate documentation of internal processes and customer-facing reports.Identifying potential delivery issues and implementing solutions to prevent disruptions.Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level).Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production and logistics processes in a similar role.Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer relationships and align expectations.Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.Detail-oriented and accurate in handling reports, production orders, and inventory management.Strong organizational skills, capable of analyzing and managing inventory, customer demand and production orders.Proficient in English, both written and spoken (Dutch is nice to have).What to expect from us?An annual bonus of up to 10% of your gross annual salary.The freedom to bring out the best in yourself, work flexibly and the opportunity to grow and develop both professionally and personally.Plenty of vacation enjoyment with 40 days off and 8% holiday allowance!
