Job ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive and professional counseling to students aspiring to study in the Australia, USA, Canada and UK.Manage and lead the respective department by setting clear goals, ensuring service quality, and aligning with the ethical standards Assist students in identifying suitable courses and institutions, and provide full support during the application and visa process.Conduct regular follow-ups with students, parents, and institutions to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.Organize and participate in educational events, seminars, and information sessions.Keep updated with the latest immigration, visa, and education policies to provide accurate guidance.Collaborate with colleagues to build strong student success stories and strengthen the organization’s reputation.Job SpecificationBachelor’s degree or higher (preferably from universities in the Australia or UK).Minimum 3 years of proven experience in counseling for Australia, USA, Canada and UK destinations.Strong knowledge of UK, USA, Canada and Australian education systems, universities, and visa requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Proven ability to guide students through career counseling, application preparation, documentation, and visa processing.Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and grow the respective destination department.High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and maintain client satisfaction.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Up-to-date knowledge of international education policies, scholarship opportunities, and student support services.
