My client is fast growing Nasdaq listed company and designs and sells computer networking solutions, focusing on software-driven, high-performance switches for large data centers, cloud computing and campus environments.An exciting opportunity now exisits to lead their experienced and well established sales team across ANZ region. As the leader you will collaborate closely with their strategic channel partners to drive business growth across the region. Your primary focus will be to generate qualified leads, acquire new enterprise customers, and consistently exceed sales quotas. You will engage with senior decision-makers within large enterprise accounts and leverage your deep understanding of networking and/or data center technologies to position our solutions effectively. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and technical teams will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities:Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goalsBuild pipeline by developing relationships with top tier prospects, partners, and customersManage and grow new customer relationships and revenue associated with data center networking productsProspect and develop new potential customers via telephone by qualifying and tracking leads, researching and identifying key contacts, placing calls to establish business relationships, qualifying new accounts, and making salesProspect and develop partner resellers in the territoryBuild mutually beneficial relationships with value-add resellers and grow business through these partnershipsParticipate in marketing program planning, development, execution, and measurement to ensure that programs succeed according to planMonitor client satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolutionQualifications10+ years’ sales manager experience in high tech—preferably in the networking sectorDemonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over targetConsistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing dealsCore Domain knowledge of networking solutions, network routers/switches and selling into data center environments. Demonstrated success with CXO and multi-level sellingHighly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationship
