As we expand, we’re looking for a Country Manager in Thailand who can support and guide our most engaged clients on their journey within the Demopips ecosystem.About the roleAs Country Manager in Thailand, you’ll be the face and force behind Demopips’s presence in local market. You’ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners, and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region. This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategyBuild, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner networkAct as Demopips’s ambassador in the local fintech and affiliate spaceAnalyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisionsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to the local usersHost and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community tiesMonitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achievedProvide regular reporting and insights to the global executive teamRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager within a fintech or affiliate-focused organizationStrong leadership skills with experience managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelinesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsFluent in English; understanding of the local regulations is a strong plusResults-oriented mindset with hands-on experience in growth and campaign executionFamiliar with affiliate dashboards, CRM systems, performance analyticsWhat we offerCompetitive salary + results-based bonus structureFully remote role with the freedom to lead local strategyDirect influence over a key global marketCareer growth with one of the fastest-growing names in fintechSupportive, ambitious, and international team cultureThe tools, resources, and freedom to build something meaningful
