We encourage our team to bring their unique style to work, making every day an opportunity to showcase your passion for fashion.Your Opportunity: Singapore Country ManagerThe Country Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores throughout the country.Key ResponsibilitiesEffective Store visits: Evaluate the performance of the Regional and Store Managers, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.Clear Communication: Keep the team aligned with daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Building Strong Teams: Develop and nurture high-performing teams focused on growth and customer satisfaction.Efficient Operations: Maximise productivity with strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives.Loss Prevention: Lead security excellence by implementing Lovisa’s best practices for shrinkage reduction.What You’ll Bring To LovisaWe’re looking for an inspiring leader who’s as passionate about fashion and customer service as we are.
