Responsibilities:Strategy and PlanningAcquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally.Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers.Engage other departments to get referral opportunities.Business Performance and ManagementAttuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing customer’s queries.Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance.Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations.Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution.Achieve service standards set by the bank.Work towards Preferred Banking’s intended goalsPeople ManagementPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell, strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skillsCommitted in the improvement of self towards becoming a good ambassador of CIMB PreferredRegulatory ComplianceComply with all internal policies, procedures, processes as well as regulatory requirements.Attend all trainings.Requirements:Degree/Diploma in any disciplinePossess the relevant certifications e.g. CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 and M9AAt least 3 years relevant sales experience in retail bankingStrong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in SingaporeAble to work independently with minimal supervision.Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation, outstanding ability to sell.Strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.MeticulousApproachable, helpful & patientTeam player
