Logistics IT Analyst (WMS/PowerApps)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WMS Analyst to join our IT and Supply Chain team. In this role, you will act as the functional expert for warehouse applications, ensuring smooth operations, driving enhancements, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across logistics processes.What You’ll DoAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for WMS and logistics applications, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements across WMS, PowerApps, and in-house logistics systems.Manage end-to-end warehouse processes such as Goods Receive Notes (GRN), inventory returns, and delivery orders.Partner with business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver system-driven solutions.Collaborate with IT, operations, warehouse, and retail teams to streamline workflows and improve system performance.Conduct testing, documentation, and user training for new system features.Identify opportunities to automate or simplify processes using PowerApps or e-Forms (no coding required).Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining strong functional knowledge of warehouse and logistics systems.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain IT support.Hands-on experience with WMS (a must).Familiarity with PowerApps or other low-code/no-code tools preferred.Strong grasp of warehouse and logistics process flows.Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.Great communicator who can manage users’ expectations effectively.Proactive, fast learner, and eager to drive system and process improvements.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
