Founded in 1997, The Company is headquartered in Singapore with 4000+ talented employees across offices and global delivery centers in 9 countries.Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant to support solutioning and bid pursuits for custom application development opportunities. The role partners closely with sales, delivery and technical teams to understand client needs, shape solution proposals, and drive successful tender responses and presentations. Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients and relevant agencies to understand business objectives, technology landscape and digitalisation priorities.Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and solution scoping for application development projects.Develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, effort estimates and pricing inputs.Prepare and deliver proposal decks, demos, and executive-level presentations.Lead responses for RFPs/RFIs/Tenders, ensuring compliance with government procurement and IMDA standards.Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and clarity on scope.Support knowledge transfer and smooth handover to delivery teams post-awardRequired Skills & Experience:10–15 years in presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture roles within IT services or system integrators.Strong background in custom application development, modern architectures (APIs, microservices), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Experience working with Singapore Public Sector clients and familiarity with government procurement/tendering processes will be an added advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
