Modern Trade Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Modern Trade - 1. Account management & business growth: Manage key supermarket accounts such as FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, and other key modern trade channels 2. Commercial planning & negotiation: Develop and execute join business plans with internal teams and external buyers, to achieve sales and distribution targets 3. Activations execution: Execute business plan and monitor performance, including roadshows, ads activation, sales event, etc. 4. Reporting & insights: Generate regular business reports and analyse performance, competitors, market trends and opportunities 5. Other admin work: Support required admin works like form filling, internal approvals, etc. E-Commerce: 1. Launch and grow our direct-to-customer e-commerce platforms from the ground up, such as Shopee, Lazada, Grab and other key ecommerce platforms 2. Set up and run DTC online stores that connect our brand straight to customers.3. Build and scale our direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels to boost brand love and sales.4. Drive the setup and success of our DTC e-commerce platforms with creativity and hustle.5. Own the launch of our direct-to-customer platforms — turning clicks into loyal fans.Expectations & Skills: 1. Fluent in English (speaking & writing) & Mandarin (basic communication) 2. Able to use Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentation 3. Self-driven, proactive and think out of the box 4. Willing to visit supermarket outlets when required 5. Strong communication skills with data-driven mind 6. Able to handle urgent issues with practical solutions and adapt quickly to fast-changing situations KPI: 1. Sales revenue and growth targets 2. Distribution & product expansion within Malaysia market 3. Execution of trade activations & promotions 4. Analysis of ROI & trade spend efficiency 5. Customer relationship with supermarket buyers
