Not at TD, anyway.The Fixed Income Front Office Application Support Team operates with a global footprint, ensuring comprehensive support to multiple business line across the dealer in various regions and time zones. Their primary focus is on supporting Fixed Income eTrading Applications within TD Securities, a critical area within the Capital Markets space.This team works in close collaboration with partners at the dealer, addressing and resolving issues related to risk management, profit and loss (PnL) discrepancies, and offering challenges. Their role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the trading environment.Additionally, the team is responsible for managing and resolving issues stemming from trade execution, settlements, and audit. This includes troubleshooting and remediating issues to ensure smooth and efficient trading operation.About This RoleThis position interacts with all Fixed Income Etrading Users – using electronic trading and risk platforms like ION, Anvil, Bloomberg and customized Algo solutions – the focus of this role is to develop and implement lasting, robust technology solutions as well as support the existing application and surrounding framework.Role And ResponsibilitiesSupporting & delivering solutions to the firm's Trading & Sales desks in Asia, Europe & North America The Analyst will join an experienced team responsible for managing applications that offer risk, trading, and trade capture functionalities to the Business.The role will initially involve 2nd line application support responsibilities, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across the Front & Middle Office, Product Control, Risk Management, Quants, Back Office, Application Development, and Infrastructure teams.Training will be on the job, but given the nature of the role, the successful candidate is expected to have prior experience to electronic trading technologies and have Capital Markets domain Knowledge. They must have a 'hands-on' attitude and be proactive in enhancing their knowledge.Systems and applications comprise vendor and in-house built toolsDevelop ad-hoc reporting tools for all business groupsWillingness to work from on a rotation basis from 7am to 4pm SGT Monday ~ Friday and Tuesday ~ Saturday. Rotational shift within team, to start work at 5/5:30 am on Mondays following Sydney DST changes. Rotational occasional On-call, weekend, and bank holiday coverage is expected. This is primarily an onsite position due to the job scope of the role.Job RequirementsSkills & RequirementsWhat can you bring to TD?
