If you enjoy turning financial data into actionable insight, optimizing budgets, and influencing business strategy — we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial performance and prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance reportsSupport month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting processesConduct cost and profitability analysis across business unitsDevelop financial models to support business decisions and investmentsMonitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, sales, product)Requirements:Based in Singapore with valid work authorizationDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or similar roleAdvanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.)Familiarity with financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or QuickBooks)Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumenClear communication and presentation skillsNice to Have:CPA, CFA or ACCA certification (or currently pursuing)Experience in tech, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environmentsKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI toolsFamiliarity with SQL for data queryingWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesExposure to strategic financial planning and leadership teamsCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesA dynamic, collaborative finance environmentHybrid work flexibility (office in central Singapore)
