Job Description

Job Title: Country Manager, UK & Ireland - Luxury WallcoveringsIdeally Based: South East England (easy access to London)Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 + ~£10,000 annual bonus + car / travel allowance + 25 days holidayResponsibilities: Country Manager role for an international high-end wallcoverings manufacturer that target the global high-end interior market.Their products feature in luxury hotels, flagship stores and prestigious residential projects worldwide — from Four Seasons hotels to Dior and Louis Vuitton boutiques. They work closely with interior designers, architects and premium retail partners, sold in more than 80 countries.Take full responsibility for the day-to-day Sales & Business Development in the UK marketDevelop and execute the UK sales strategy in line with global objectivesPersonally manage a defined sales region in London with great upward potential Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, retail partners, developers and major brandsIdentify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth in the London and UK marketLead and coach a team of currently 4 sales professionals (2 direct, 2 agents)Further develop the team based on the market needs and potentialSet clear objectives, monitor performance and support individual developmentFoster a collaborative, high-performance sales cultureWillingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to follow-up, coordinate and align activities with local sales agents and sales staffAct as brand ambassador in the UK market Ensure consistent brand positioning and premium service levelsRepresent at industry events, fairs and client presentationProvide market insights and feedback to headquarters Requirements:Must have sales leadership experience working with interior designers, architects and premium retail partnersStrong leadership and people management skills Commercially driven with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into action Comfortable working autonomously while being part of an international organizationProfessional, credible and confident communicator Pragmatic, resilient and results-oriented Cultural sensitivity and ease in working with an international HQ
