Job Description

Your RoleThis role reports to the UK Logistics Manager and has no direct reports.As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will support the UK logistics operation, ensuring efficient & on-time delivery of customer orders.You will play a key role in monitoring and managing the SAP Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process, ensuring the full and accurate completion of all customer orders. This includes confirming appropriate delivery methods have been assigned, orders have been sent to SAP-EWM for warehouse processing and tracking Proof of Loading (POL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) processes are completed promptly. As first point for contact for Customer Services you will also be involved in investigating and reporting on service.You will also provide administrative and operational support to the central logistics function, ensuring company procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently adhered to.What You Will Be Responsible ForMonitor SAP OTD (Order-To-Delivery) process Co-ordinate all Amazon FC deliveriesPlan, book and manage all carrier 3PL deliveriesPurchase order managementCustomer Services liaison for issues resolution Support central Logistics with administrative dutiesRelief planner for daily own fleet logistics What we are looking forKey SkillsYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.Understanding of UK transport legislation and compliance requirements.Financial awareness and cost control understandingEducation & ExperienceExperience working within logistics, transport planning, or supply chain operations.SAP ERP/EWM knowledge (desirable).Personal AttributesYou are self-motivated, reliable and act with integrity.You have a desire to learn and work well as part of a team.You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.You thrive in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountFree parkingOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Do you have any experience of using SAP ERP/EWM ?Do you have an understanding of UK transport legislation and compliance requirements?Work Location: In personSalary Band: £30,000 to £35,000 per annumPlease note, this is not exhaustive and you may be asked to provide additional support as required.
