Job Description

As Country Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all Australian operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the profitable growth of the business across the country. You'll play a key role in client engagement, commercial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and grow the Melbourne office, with a strong focus on events and developing the brand.Drive business development with a focus on clients and strategic partnerships.Ensure end-to-end operational efficiency, from quoting and planning to delivery and client communication.Build and manage relationships with clients, carriers, and agents across the country.Monitor financial performance and report on KPIs, budgets, and P&L.About YouProven leadership experience in country management, ideally within an B2C ecommerce / online retail sales, and used to managing & attending events.Strong understanding of importance of high levels of customer service & delivering excellent service every time.Commercially savvy with a track record of growing business and leading teams.Strong communication and negotiation skills.A self-starter with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
