Job Responsibilities :1. Build and maintain relationships with DNS, MVN and Technopark ensuring the company’s sales strategies are effectively carried out in these channels.2. Create and execute sales plans tailored to local markets to meet targets and grow the brand’s profitability in CIS region.3. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves, adjusting sales tactics to stay ahead in the market.4. Work with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to meet retailer needs and improve customer satisfaction.5. Analyze sales reports, share market feedback, and help improve product and marketing strategies.6. Skilled in contract structuring, risk assessment, and negotiation to protect company interests while securing win-win agreements.7. Strong commercial acumen to drive pricing discussions, promotions, and new product launches with key channels.Job Requirements :1. Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in spoken English.2. Prior experience working with local Key Accounts, wholesalers or distributors.3. 3-5 years of overseas sales management experience; candidates with experience managing international teams or rapidly scaling business operations are preferred.4. Strong familiarity with overseas markets, sharp commercial acumen, and ability to quickly seize market opportunities.5. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to design and implement overseas market expansion plans.6. Proven team management experience with the ability to motivate teams to achieve goals and communicate effectively across cultures.7. Strong goal orientation and execution capability to efficiently drive sales performance.
