Introduction:Since its establishment in 1972, Leo Cussen Centre for Law has been and continues to be recognised as a centre of excellence for practical legal training and continuing professional development for entry-level lawyers through to senior legal practitioners.Our purpose is to provide high quality education, training and professional development to strengthen and support the administration of justice and the legal system.Description:We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Course Advisor to support and strengthen enrolments in our Practical Legal Training (PLT) program. In this role, you will help create a smooth, informed, and supportive experience for prospective law graduates—from their initial enquiry through to enrolment and ongoing engagement.You will draw on your sales, customer service, and operational expertise to guide graduates as they navigate their options and transition into the PLT program. By building strong, trust-based relationships, you will support prospective graduates through key decision points, the enrolment process, and the post-enrolment period, with careful attention to their individual goals, circumstances, and readiness for practice.Skills and Experiences:Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for prospective graduates, providing excellent customer service and personalised advice regarding all aspects of the PLT program.Engage with prospective graduates via phone, email, live chat, and events to convert leads into enrolments.Identify and prioritise leads for targeted outbound engagement.Participate in information sessions, careers fairs, and other outreach activities.Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and generate reports to track performance.Collaborate with Marketing, Enrolments, and Education Delivery teams to meet enrolment targets.About YouMinimum 4 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Higher Education or training sectors.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Outstanding business development acumen with the ability to proactively engage and build strong relationships with prospective graduates and guide them through key stages of the customer journey.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.Motivated, results-driven, and passionate about education.Why Join Us?Be part of a respected organisation shaping the future of the legal profession.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Competitive salary and professional development opportunities.Additional leave entitlementsFor more information about Leo Cussen, visit www.leocussen.edu.au.
