Want the chance to gain experience in general practice with a supportive, patient-focused environment?We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at The Junction Health Centre, located directly outside Clapham Junction Train Station. The centre is open 7 days a week, 8am–8pm, and we’re looking for someone to work minimum Friday 8am–8pm, with the option to take weekend shifts.You will be a key member of our team, using your advanced clinical skills to provide autonomous care for patients presenting with acute, undifferentiated, or complex conditions, and/or managing long-term conditions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your clinical expertise in both urgent care and general practice.You will be required to work within Clinical Guidelines, Policies, Procedures and utilising expert judgment to work outside these frameworks where necessary. You must be able to Prescribe, within professional competence.This role will be working across both general practice and the hub service on an ad hoc bank basis and you will play an integral role in delivering a high-quality service to patients.What you'll be doingResponsibilitiesAs an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be vital to the Units’ success, assessing, diagnosing, treating and discharging patients autonomously every day.
