INSURANCE SALES MANAGER Role Description The insurance Sales Agent will engage with potential clients to promote products and services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role also includes maintaining customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating customer inquiries. The Sales Agent will participate in training programs to develop sales techniques and stay updated on product offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide a high-quality customer experienceProven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build long-term client relationshipsKnowledge of Insurance products and the ability to explain and offer tailored solutions to clientsExperience in Training and developing sales techniques or having a willingness to learnAdaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamPrevious experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
