HIRING FOR INSURANCE COMPANY JOB TITLE. SALES REPRESENTATIVE REPORT TO. INSURANCE SALES MANAGER DEPARTMENT. SALES Role Description The insurance role involves actively seeking new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting and promoting services, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing customer inquiries and feedback, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
