HIRING FOR INSURANCE COMPANY JOB TITLE. SALES EXECUTIVE REPORT TO. INSURANCE SALES MANAGER Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kampala. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be expected to conduct market research, develop sales strategies, meet sales targets, and represent the company in client and industry meetings. You will also maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsStrong Communication, Presentation, and Persuasion skillsExperience in Market Research and Sales Strategy DevelopmentOrganizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving abilitiesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredExperience in sales or a similar role is an advantage
