Courtyard by Marriott Dubai Dubai World Trade Centre is seeking a well-spoken, tech-savvy, and customer-focused GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT - Telephone Operator to join our dynamic Front Office team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and delivering world-class service that reflects the Marriott brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and callers, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized experience over the phone.
Anticipate guest needs by actively listening, asking clarifying questions, and providing accurate and timely information or solutions. Coordinate with multiple departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, F&B) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery. Follow up on guest feedback or complaints received via telephone, ensuring issues are logged and resolved promptly and effectively. Use property management and communication software (ex. OPERA) to document calls, service requests, and follow-ups accurately. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive guest information and requests. Support guest satisfaction goals by consistently delivering exceptional service that reflects the Marriott brand values. Qualifications & Skills:
With 1/2 years of experience in 4 or 5 star Hotel Excellent verbal communication in English Strong telephone etiquette and a pleasant voiceProficient in computer systems, including MS Office and hotel reservation or communication software (Opera, Fidelio, etc. )Calm and professional under pressurePrevious experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
