Core Responsibilities: Global Account Strategy• Define and lead the global account strategy for high-value clients. • Develop multi-year growth plans tailored to each client’s international needs. • Align account objectives with the client’s global business goals. Relationship Management• Serve as the single point of accountability for the global client relationship. • Coordinate with local/regional teams to ensure consistent service and communication. Revenue Growth & Retention• Drive account growth through global upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives. • Ensure global contract renewals, pricing alignment, and profitability. • Lead complex global negotiations and framework agreements.
Cross-Functional Leadership• Collaborate with regional sales teams, customer success, operations, product, legal, and finance. • Champion the voice of the customer across business units and geographies. • managing global key accounts & Distributor ManagementTeam Management & Coordination• Lead a virtual or dotted-line team of Regional Key Account Managers. • Drive best practices in account planning, reporting, and relationship management. • Provide coaching and direction on global client priorities. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10–15 years of experience in international sales, global account management, or business development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing global key accounts & Distributor Management• Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills. • Deep understanding of international business practices, trade regulations, and global market dynamics. • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a matrix environment.
