Position: Talent Acquisition Professional (Business Unit : Animal feed production, commercial animal breeding, farm operation, primary processing, manufacturing of food and ready-to-eat products and etc. )Responsibilities: Manage end to end recruitment activities as per CPF's Group recruitment process. Job briefing, screening CV’s / applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, negotiates & extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc. Manage and build the candidates pool by identifying & utilizing various recruitment channels (university partnership, career events, direct sourcing, employer branding, internal resourcing, referral programs, online-offline communication, niche marketing, etc).
Provide recruitment for all positions by Business Unit in responsible including entry-level (new graduates and experienced professionals. )Work closely with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners concerning recruitment transactional activities process and support. Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request. Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy. Coordinates and executes the logistics for recruitment events as appropriate. Point of contact as Recruitment Business Partner for any customer issues & problems in Recruitment. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required;Minimum 5 years working experiences in recruiting for the relevant business area or work experience from a recruitment agency is an advantage;Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills;Communicative in both written and spoken English;Proficient in Microsoft Office application, SAP System.
