This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to lead teams, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. What You’ll Own:
Run and refine daily clinic operations for optimal patient flow and staff productivity Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams Set and track KPIs to drive operational excellence Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and performance reviews Champion employee engagement, culture, and retention Partner with PEO for HR, payroll, and benefits administration Lead recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development What You Bring:
