A leading digital agency in Tel Aviv is looking for a Creative and Client Manager.The role includes managing the department including client and creative managers, client strategy, department goals and performance.5+ years of experience in creative/client management in an advertising/performance/digital/content studio company.Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams: client managers, copywriters, designers, video/studio.Experience in managing end customers - meetings, briefs, onboarding, upsell, retention processes.Mastery of the digital performance world (Meta, Google, TikTok): understanding metrics, data analysis, working with media.End-to-end creative product management - from concept to launch (copy, visual, video, landing pages).Experience in managing freelancers and subcontractors (studio, photography, influencers, editing, etc.).Experience in building interdepartmental processes and routines — production, data, performance, operations.
